What we collect

• When you buy: your email, country and order details, from Link (Stripe). We never see your card number.
• For your licence: licence key, email, anonymous machine IDs of activated devices, trial-use records and activation times.
• The app sends only your licence key and anonymous machine ID for licence and trial checks. It never sends media, filenames or usage data.
• The website uses no analytics, cookies or trackers. Rate-limiting stores a hashed IP only.

Why

To deliver and manage your licence, prevent trial and licence abuse, and keep tax records.

Who we share it with

Link/Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website and licence database) and Resend (licence emails). These providers may store data overseas, including in the US. We don't sell your data or use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Licence and purchase records while your licence exists, then as long as tax law requires. Trial records are kept to prevent repeat trials.

Your choices

Email support@timecodezero.app to access, correct or delete your data. If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
